Book appointments via your usual channels
The website links to the appointment booking system your practice already uses – such as Doctolib, jameda, samedi or clickdoc – or to telephone, email and video consultations.

Without a cookie banner
The website sets no cookies and loads no content from third parties: fonts and the map image are delivered with the page. A cookie banner is therefore not needed.

Legal notice and privacy policy
We will draft both texts based on the information you provide, including the mandatory details for healthcare professions such as professional title, the relevant professional body and the code of practice.

Readable by search engines and AI assistants
Address, consultation hours, services and appointment links are provided as plain text and also as structured data on the page. This enables search engines and AI assistants to read your details directly.

Changes via email
New consultation hours, a holiday notice, a new colleague joining the team: a brief message is all it takes, and the change will be online within one working day. You do not need any login details or a content management system.
Also included: HTTPS encryption, optimised images, an accessible design with good contrast and keyboard navigation, as well as all technical updates.
The practice page
A fixed layout, in your colours
The practice website follows a structure that we have developed specifically for medical practices. You decide which sections it displays and what it looks like: using your practice’s colours, your logo and your photos. We will adapt your colours to ensure that text remains clearly legible.
Options include Specialities, Services, Treatments, Team, About Us, Appointment Booking, Consultation Hours, Information for New Patients with downloadable forms, Health Insurance and Costs, Frequently Asked Questions, How to Find Us, Emergency Numbers, Practice Photos and a notice board for holidays or locum cover.
The layout is the same for all practices. This is intentional: any improvements we make benefit all pages, and every page remains easy to read on smartphones, tablets and computers.

Your practice in the directory, too
Every website comes with an entry for your practice in the lokalmed directory: on the map, in the local search and with a link to your website. We manage your name, address and telephone number across both platforms to ensure they are consistent everywhere.
The listing looks just like that of any other practice, and the order of search results is based solely on distance. It will remain in place even if you cancel your website subscription.

Online with your approval
Only content that you have approved will go live. Your website will then be accessible at praxis-mueller.lokalmed.site, and you can simply send us any changes by email.

Your own domain for the practice page: on request, we connect your existing domain for a one-off €50 plus VAT.
The offer is aimed exclusively at medical practices and other businesses. All prices are subject to 19% VAT. The contract term is twelve months and is automatically renewed for a further twelve months unless the contract is cancelled at least one month before it expires; an email is sufficient. The same applies to the operation and maintenance of the custom website.

How soon will my website be ready?
Once all the details and photos have been provided, you will be able to view your finished practice website at a preview address within 24 hours. It will go live as soon as you have approved it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your website is first available at an address such as praxis-mueller.lokalmed.site. We connect your own domain, for example the one of your current website, for a one-off €50 plus VAT. You keep managing the domain with your provider, and your email addresses stay unchanged.
Who writes the texts?
We do, based on your questionnaire and, if you have one, your current website. We write factually, without superlatives or promises of a cure. Nothing is published until you have approved it.
What do you need from me?
The answers to our questionnaire, your logo and photos of the practice and team. If no suitable photos are available, we will design the header of the page in your practice’s colours.
Can I edit the website myself?
No, and that’s by design: you don’t need any login details or a content management system. We’ll implement any changes for you, as often as you like, and they’ll be online within one working day.
Does this work with Doctolib, jameda and other booking systems?
Yes. Your website links to your existing online appointment booking system. We do not embed booking windows into the page because they load content from a third-party provider and generally require visitors’ consent.
Who is responsible for the legal notice and privacy policy?
The provider of the website is your practice; therefore, both texts refer to your practice. We will draft them based on the information you provide and enter into a data processing agreement with you for the hosting services.
Is the website also available in other languages?
Your website will be in German. The languages spoken at your practice are clearly stated on the page.
Which medical practices is this offer suitable for?
For medical and dental practices, multi-disciplinary healthcare centres (MVZ), as well as practices specialising in psychotherapy, physiotherapy and other healthcare professions.
What happens if I cancel my contract?
At the end of the contract, we will take the website offline and either delete your data or return it to you, as stipulated in the data processing agreement. Your listing on lokalmed will remain active.
